Our Story
Total tranquility, the silence of nature interrupted only by the lion’s nightly roar or the hyena’s howl. To get away from it all was our goal, and that is what we experienced fifteen years ago, during our first unforgettable sojourn in Africa.
From that time on, the call of Africa became stronger. After partaking in several guided safaris, we decided to take charge and became independent organizers. Starting in Namibia, we quickly expanded our activities to Botswana and Zimbabwe. Spending increasingly more time in the area, we began the search for place to make our own.
It’s in Hoedspruit, South Africa, that we lost our heart! A town where the real bush experience exists, but where civilization is just around the corner.
This is how, Lowveld Escape, our home away from home, came to be. Here, you leave your daily worries behind and take time to experience ‘the miracle of life’.
As we can’t be at Lowveld Escape the whole year through, we are looking to share our little corner of paradise. Therefore Lowveld Escape is now available to rent to those looking for adventure and seeking to get away from their daily routine.

ACTION & RECOMMENDATION
Unique mountainbike experience
We organize MTB safaris for cyclists of all levels. Of course there is also an offer for non-cyclists.
Every ride, excursion, day, is discussed and à la carte, together with you, worked out.
We work on the basis of all-in prices – in other words: once on site, everything is free.
Travels of at least 10 days, longer is also possible, for groups of minimum 6 and maximum 8 people.
This project will start in January 2019.
The start date of your participation will be determined in mutual consultation, preferably in good time and well in advance.
